Messiah from Scratch
Join us on Sunday 10th December 2023 for an evening of musical delight.
We will be performing Messiah part one, Hallelujah Chorus and Worthy is the Lamb.
Tickets will be available on the door. If you would like to sing the minimum donation is £10.
To be a part of the audience the tickets are £15 each. All proceeds raised will help with the renovation of our ancient church.
The singers' rehearsal starts at 3pm.
The performance will begin at 6:30pm.
The singers will be accompanied by Cantores Michaelis conducted by Keith Davis and The Lordswood Players led by Annastasia Radford and Organ Continuo, Adrian Taylor. Soloists include: Soprano – Elizabeth Fulleylove; Counter-tenor – Andrew Stewart; Tenor – Jake Snowdon; Baritone – William Houghton.
Notes for singers
The dress code is black and white smart casual. Please bring your score, if you have one, a limited number of spare copies will be available.
